He has worked extensively in the industry and specializes in Appraising Residential properties for the purposes of conventional and high-ratio mortgages, Power of Sale, Retrospective, Non-Mortgage (Separation Settlement, Taxation &Legal purpose) He is committed to diverse client base needs including Lenders, Mortgage Brokers, Purchasers. Sellers, and Lawyers. Manish used to bring strong skill sets with diversified experience gained by working as an Appraiser, Mentor and Reviewer.

Is a candidate member at AIC and is working in the field of appraisal since 2019. Her experience includes completing appraisal reports for mortgage financing, net worth, taxation, family law matter, litigation, estate law, and more. She is presently working towards achieving the designation of CRA. She holds a degree of Masters of Business Administration in Finance, a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Research Methodology.
